Can Datarova see my other Google Drive files?
No. Datarova can only create and edit the single Sheet it makes for you. It can never see or touch anything else in your Drive, and data flows one way, from Datarova into the Sheet.
How long does setup take?
Connect your Google account and your Sheet appears in your Drive, filled with your project data, within about ten minutes. After that it maintains itself.
How often is the Sheet updated?
Automatically every night, in the early hours US Pacific time. Datarova refreshes the whole Sheet with your latest data so it is current each morning. You never have to export or refresh anything yourself.
What data is included in the Sheet?
The Sheet has a tab for each kind of project data: Projects, ASINs, Keywords, Ranks and Trends. The Ranks tab includes both organic and sponsored keyword ranks for each project's primary ASIN.
How much rank history does the Sheet keep?
The Ranks tab holds a rolling 30 days, a live snapshot rather than a growing archive. If you want long-term history, pull the Sheet into your own spreadsheet or data warehouse and keep your own record. On very large accounts the window may be slightly shorter to stay within the Sheet's size limit.
Can I add my own tabs, charts and formulas?
Yes. Anything you add lives alongside the Datarova tabs and is kept through every nightly refresh. Only the Datarova-generated tabs get rewritten.
Do I have to keep it updated myself?
No. Once connected, the Sheet updates on its own every night. There is nothing to run, export, or copy-paste.
